課程概述 |
1.本課程適合正在修習國立台灣大學國際生華語「初級二」課程的學習者選修。
This course is aimed at those who are taking Elementary II of the NTU General Chinese Language Course.
2.本課程授課語言以中文為主。
This course will be conducted mainly in Chinese.
※此課程不接受旁聽生。
This course will not accept auditors.

課程目標 |
This course aims to develop the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. By the end of the course, students are expected to have mastered basic Chinese grammar, be able to introduce family members, ask directions, make purchase…etc, and interact with Chinese people in daily conversation. As well as study Chinese language, students will also learn basic information about Chinese culture and traditions. |

1. 上課請聽老師說，也要跟同學說話、練習(liàn xí)。
Students should pay attention on what the teacher is teaching, practicing and discussing with classmates.
2. 每次上課要帶課本、講義。
Bring all the materials you are supposed to use when you come to class.
3. 上課的時候請說中文。
Speak Chinese in class.
4. 上課可以喝東西，可是不能吃東西。
Water and soft drink are allowed, but no food is allowed in class.
5. 上課的時候不能用手機。
Phones must be set on silent mode during class time. |

上課表現，Attendance & Class Performance |
20% |
Attendance 10%
要是你不能來上課，請你：If you wish to be absent you have to:
1. 兩天以前寫 email 給老師或是對老師說你不能來。
(E-mail or tell the instructor in person two days in advance.)
2. 缺席 10 小時以內不扣分，超過 10 小時，缺席每小時扣總成績 1 分
(Absences within 10 hours will not affect your grades, but once you absent more than 10 hours, each hour will cost 1 point of final grade.)
3. 生病的話，沒上課的時間可以比 10 個小時多，可是要給老師看醫生證明（doctor’s note）
(Sick leave can be taken for over 10 hours but a doctor’s note is always required.)
4. 上課晚到 20 分鐘 或是 早一點離開 20 分鐘，就是少來一個小時（-1 小時）
(Late for class or leaving class early (20 minutes) will be counted as 1 hour.)
Class performance 10%

作業，Homework |
20% |
學了一課，就要給老師功課。沒有寫完的人，晚給老師的人，成績是 A-~E( 82~1 分)。三 個上課日以後給老師功課，老師就不要你的功課，也就是 0 分。(Homework should be hand in after each lesson. If you did not finish your homework or hand in the homework late, score will be between A-~E ( 82~1point) . Homework submitted later than 3 class days after the deadline will not be accepted and will be scored as 0 point.)
For example,
Tuesday is the deadline.
Submitted on Thursday: Highest score is A-
Submitted on next Tuesday: Highest score is A-
Submitted on next Thursday: scored 0 point.

聽寫，Dictation |
5% |
我們每課都有 2次聽寫，聽寫沒來不能再考一次。有四次不好的聽寫不算成績。
We have 2 dictations each lesson and will be held in the first 10 minutes. There are no make-up sessions for missed dictations. Four bad dictation scores can be erased.

小考，Quizzes |
15% |
學了一課，我們就小考。（Quiz will be held after every lesson.）
要是(if)你考試以前請假，你可以在下一次上課考試，可是聽的不能考。 (If you have taken a leave on an exam day, a make-up examination can be taken during next class, but not for the listening part.)
※如果有報告，也算是小考。(If we have presentation in this semester. It also counted in Quiz.)
